TOURIST VISA ON ARRIVAL LETTER (DL)

Currently, visitors can enter Vietnam through international aviation and land border gates. The international air border gates include Noi Bai International Airport (Hanoi), Da Nang International Airport (Da Nang), Tan Son Nhat International Airport (Ho Chi Minh City), and Cam Ranh International Airport (Nha Trang). The land border gates include: Moc Bai (Cambodia), Ha Tien (Cambodia), Bo Y (Laos), Lao Bao (Laos), Cau Treo (Laos), Mong Cai (China) Tan Thanh (China) and Tay Trang (China).

To obtain a Visa at these border gates upon arrival, you must first have a visa on arrival letter before coming to Vietnam. You can contact us to obtain this Visa on arrival letter. Processing time is about 3-5 working days (excluding weekends and holidays) for visa taken at aviation border gates and 5-7 days for visa taken at land border gates.

In case of emergency, we also could give you express service for those letters: within 1 working day for visa received at aviation border gates and within 3 days for visa received at land border gates, however extra fee will be applied accordingly.

To process, you must provide us with accurate information such as: Arrival airport, land border gates where you will enter, 1st page passport (color scanned image), and length of stay at Vietnam (suitable for your flight ticket if you enter the country at international aviation border gates). Once the process done, we will send you a soft scanned copy via email or send you the original hard copy if you enter at some land border gates required.

Necessary Notes:

To process properly and fast to get your visa on arrival, it’s recommended to prepare:

    • 2 color portrait photos size 4×6 with white background, without preparation you may have to pay $10 for a photo on spot
    • You can pre-fill the visa application form or else you will do it at the counter
    • Visa fees paid at the border gate: Depending on the visa, you must pay the corresponding fee
    • If you are already in Vietnam and do a visa run service, you will have to pay an additional entry fee to the neighboring country (depending on the border gate and its own country entry policy)

BUSINESS VISA ON ARRIVAL LETTER (DN)

Similar to the tourist visa on arrival letter, our company provides business visa on arrival letter (DN) for customers working in Vietnam. You can obtain this visa at international aviation border gates, land border gates and at Vietnamese Embassies in other countries.

Processing time for this type of visa letter usually takes about 6-7 working days, or use our express service within 3 working days for an additional fee. In order to receive the letter, besides information such as entry border gate, 1st page scanned passport, length of stay in Vietnam, you also need to provide the host company business license, its manager/ head person in charge signature and company seal with Form NA2.

Once processing done, you will receive this letter via email or the original one (if needed in some cases) via post service. Also pay attention at necessary notes we mentioned above for what you need to prepare in advance.

VISA EXTENSION

ORIGINAL VISA WITH 14/ 30 DAYS EXEMPTION

Due to relationship and diplomatic issues, Vietnam Gorvenment allows citizens from some countries traveling to Vietnam with 14 days/ 30 days visa exemption. So for those visa exmption holders, you could extend your stay in an accordingly period. We mention below price list for 14 days and 30 days extension, however, to know more for your cases, don’t hesitate to contact us for more details.
