Cooking Class (BTM_LOCAL 4)

This cooking class is organized to introduce Vietnamese cuisine to you.

Transportation: Car/ van with A/C
Duration: 5 hours
Departure time: 8am (daily) or optional
Venue: Vietnam Home Restaurant (125A Nguyen Dinh Chieu) or Café 141 (141 Nguyen Dinh Chieu)

ITINERARY

08:00: Guest pick up
08:15: Depart for Phan Thiet market. On the way, get acquainted with the chef and learn about the cooking recipes
08:45: On arrival, shopping with the chef for ingredients
09:15: Back to car/ van and return to venue restaurant
10:00: The chef will guide you washing and processing ingredients bought at market. Prepare final steps before cooking.
10:45: Under chef guide, you will cook dishes yourself. Finish cooking and make décor.
12:00: Enjoy what you have cooked together with others in the class
13:00: Finish the tour and return to your hotel.

1 day advance reservation for quantity and menu is required
Menu will be designed base on group size and as per your requests

PRICE PER PAX FOR GROUP SIZE

2-3 paxs ($60 per pax)
4-7 paxs ($45 per pax)
8-12 paxs ($40 per pax)
